The Lifepak CR Plus Charge-Pak can only be used with the Lifepak CR Plus Defibrillator. It is essential to ensure that you purchase the correct pads to be compatible with your defibrillator; otherwise, you risk them not working. 

No, you cannot reuse the Lifepak CR Plus Charge-Pak pads, as they are single-use only. These pads are to be used once on an individual in sudden cardiac arrest. Not only is this more hygienic, but it also ensures that the pads are in working order. 

The Lifepak CR Plus Charge-Pads are compatible with fully automatic and semi-automatic defibrillators. The two types of defibrillators deliver the same treatment; only one requires less input from the user. When using a fully-automatic defibrillator, the device will automatically administer an electric shock to the person. In contrast, the semi-automatic defibrillator requires the user to press a button to deliver the shock. The pads will function in the same way with either device. 

Replacing pads is straightforward. You must unplug the old pads and then simply plug in the new ones. It is essential to wait at least 30 seconds after removing an old CHARGE-PAK before switching to a new one. If you do not wait, the defibrillator could become faulty and signal an issue.
