Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with any product/s you have ordered from us, you may return this product/s within 7 days provided that the product/s are returned to us in its original condition and we will be happy to issue an alternative product or a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days once the product is returned in its original packaging intact, and in a resalable condition.

In the rare event that there is a fault with a product/s which have been sent to you, you can return the faulty product/s free of charge to our registered office.

If the products that you have ordered do not match the products that you receive, we advise you to contact us immediately and you can return these products free of charge to our registered office.
